“ROCKIN' THE KILT” (working title) Full Length Film Screenplay
Comedy screenplay featuring the bands and music from the fast-growing musical sub genre, Celtic rock. It will be the story of the journey a young Scottish college drop out takes across the U.S., and the hilarious turns of events which cause him to cross paths with – and befriend – several of the genre’s top acts. Mixing documentary-style footage of these bands (performances, studio, candid fun and fan comment) with the outrageous backpacking journey of our young Scotsman, this will be similar in construction to “Almost Famous”, but it will be a completely fun, light hearted and engaging experience.
**NOTE: cooperation of some of the genre’s top acts has already been obtained.
“RECLAIMING GRACE” Full Length Film Screenplay
Dramatic, fictional sci-fi/biblical film about a priest’s internal struggle as he stumbles onto the answer to the question “are we alone?”. As the story unfolds, it is learned that the inhabitants of Mars, before the planet moved away from the sun and became a dead environment, evacuated to Earth, where they used bio technology to create the human race so that their own race would survive. Also learned is that alien activity throughout man’s history revolves around that same race trying to breed humanity back to its original, alien form.
